Managing leads on autopilot

This AI automation saves me at least an hour every day!

I receive 5-7 new emails every day about promoting products. Going through all the emails, adding the leads to CRM, and qualifying the good vs the bad ones is a lot of manual work.

And now I need this automation more than breakfast every morning.

Every time I get a new email, the automation filters the emails for new partnership requests based on keywords

For each new lead for partnership, using ChatGPT integration, it extracts the company name, product information, what they want, etc.

Then, the information is added as a lead into my CRM automatically.

Now, instead of going through the emails, I just have to look at my CRM which is being updated in real-time automatically.

Here’s my Zapier template. (Note: you’d still need to connect your apps and set up the basics)

How I blasted through 5 hours of work in 60 minutes

Context: We’re building MapThis without outside capital so I wanted to enter local accelerator programs and startup competitions for extra help.

However, all these programs have a lengthy application process. 5-10 different questions pretty much asking for the same information but in their format.

I hate doing work, let alone repetitive work so I had to figure out an easier way.

I typed all my business details into a Word doc and attached the file in Claude.

Now, I copied the questions from the first application and asked Claude to answer them using my business information but exactly how the application wants it.

The responses generated were spot on and only required a little bit of editing after.
